Tell me, do you blog from the land down under?

This post is for my brother and his wife, on the off chance that they venture by my blog during their Australian work/holiday-fest. And yes, the kids are all doing just fine - now get on with enjoying yourself properly, mates!

This is your sometime-Australian brother and sister-in-law. We are enjoying the full experience here. The beach we are at has warnings in place lest there be a shark sighting, as well as remin ding swimmers to realize the possibility of crocodiles and jellyfish. Tomorrow we will hit the Great Barrier Reef and tramp over to see some crocodiles. Whilst we miss our family and friends back home, we are very much present here!

Totally unrelated to your most current blog entry ... but the October 3 issue of "Western Standard" has a columnist attribute the following paraphrase to Christie Blatchford: Canadians too often mistake the sidelines for the moral high ground. Will your enabling love comment?
